I haven't told anyone, but for the past week myself and my two sons have been taking a handful of these pills a day, and the results are tremendous.
Ian's eye contact is near perfect and, when he makes eye contact, his eyes are very, very clear (but not glassy like they can often appear). His skin is more pink, and the dark circles under his eyes are lighter. Most of all- and I've been keeping track all week- he is using words never before used and is starting up conversations - appropriate conversations using new words!
Ian has autism and his brother Mitchell has Aspergers. Mitchell has experienced different benefits, namely he can move when he wakes up (saying he's fatigued is under-statement of the year) and, when he wakes up, he is alert. Keeping track I can tell you he is now able to follow 3-4 step verbal directions and, I swear on my life, he could only follow 1-2 step verbal directions and 2 was pushing it.
In order for me to describe the benefits I've experienced I must disclose two personal issues: for 5 years I've done nothing but complain about the pain in my neck and shoulder muscles. Massage therapy, chiropractic, yoga - they all help for a day or so, but the pain returned.
Today is the 6th day I have awoken without any discomfort and, most surprisingly, the pain does not come later in the day - it seems to be gone and I can actually move my neck without cringing!
Now, I don't have any diagnosed autism spectrum disorder, but since I don't have the best diet, manage a lot of stress and have been called 'moody' (as if!), I figured I'd give this pill a try too, since, if after one month of treatment, no changes are noticed, you simply stop taking it.
This pill is cheap, safe, FDA approved and research shows (via parent reports and you know we don't lie!) it helps many children with autism and related disorders. What was more impressive was, after a bit of research, I found many women experience emotional and physical benefits (let me know if you want the specifics).
What's the pill? The nutrient combo of B6 and Magnesium.
If my personal account isn't enough to spark your interest, google the DAN! Protocol and read the research.
Even easier, check with your medical team and if possible, start the regimen. Results can be seen in 3 days (in my case it was literally the next morning) and, like I said, if there are no positive changes after taking it for one month, cut back to a dose for optimum health and mark off one other positive treatment option tested.
What do you think? Were you hoping or expecting to see a pharmaceutical instead of nutrient? Have you used this or others and, if yes, what was your experience?
