Podcast with Dr. Deborah Snyder, Author of the "Keto Kid", a Cookbook for Kids on the Ketogenic Diet - Coming Next Week!

Hi everyone,

Just announcing that in the first week of September, I will be releasing another podcast on the subject of the ketogenic diet. This is the third podcast in a series on the ketogenic diet.

The first podcast was an interview with Mr. Jim Abrahams from the Charlie Foundation where we discussed the history of the diet, it's uses and successes today and the work he is doing to train dieticians. A wonderful story of his son Charlie, now aged 16.

The second podcast on the ketogenic diet, I interviewed Kim Duprey, mom of two year old Austin who had only been on the diet for 3 weeks at the time of the recording.  Austin was enjoying a seizure free life and it is great to hear about how Kim is managing the diet as a new mom.

In this latest podcast, I interviewed Dr. Deborah Snyder, a medical doctor, mom of a child Bryce and author of "Keto Kid" a cookbook for kids on the ketogenic diet.  Bryce is seizure free thanks to the diet and we talk about how to make the diet a success for families and cover the physical and emotional needs of the child.
