where to turn?

My son Johnny is almost 12 years old and has been having seizures in his sleep about every 2 months since Kindergarten. I really feel like it is somehow sugar related he is obsessed with food. he takes lamictal for seizures and buspar for anxiety-but not sure if it is helping. most seizures occur early in AM. the day/night before seizure he is very emotional and diffucult to deal with. dr dosen't know what causes them and I don't really think he cares, only thing he ever says is we need to get his levels checked so we can increase his meds, which I am really sick of. today after his seizure his balance was more effected than usual. also swimming in medical bills, wish I could find financial help.

I'm not very good with computers so I don't even know if I'm posting this in correct spot or not.
